Over the past weekend, Internet pop sensation Justin Bieber went to upload the music video of his new song called “Pray” to his personal YouTube site. He was in for a rude surprise: YouTube automatically blocked his video upload on “copyright grounds” that the video contained content from Universal Music Group (UMG), parent company to Bieber’s record label, Island Def Jam records.

“yo youtube…how u gonna block my own song?!?!?!” wrote an outraged Bieber on his Twitter account. In another Twitter update, he wrote, “dear youtube…we started this journey and now u r cheatin on me with this vevo chica…i see how it is…i will be over here with facebook [sic].” (Vevo is the music video website responsible for Bieber’s official YouTube syndication, and is a joint venture between music giants Sony Music Entertainment, UMG and Abu Dhabi Media.)

In response, YouTube wrote back to Bieber on its Twitter account, “sorry about the upload pain around ‘Pray’. That’s between you and your label but we love you [both] so let’s figure this out!”

But the damage was done. Frustrated with the Google-owned video site, Bieber instead uploaded his video using Facebook’s video app onto his Facebook page. “no one keeps my music from my fans. nobody,” he wrote on Twitter.

There’s a level of irony to the situation. Bieber got his start on YouTube, where home videos of him on his account singing covers of hip-hop songs from artists Usher and Chris Brown attracted the attention of a talent scout in 2007. After a meteoric rise to fame, Bieber is one of the biggest YouTube stars today, the second to reach 1 billion views on the Google-owned video site, behind Lady Gaga.

You would think if anyone deserved to be able to upload his own music videos to YouTube, it would be Bieber. So why couldn’t he? The answer lies in the complicated legalities behind copyright law and new media. It comes down to the question: who owns the video? In Bieber’s case, the answer depends on who you ask.

Justin Bieber just told us it's "not cool" to be a bully—now a photographer is accusing the Biebs of having a bully on his payroll.

Celebrity photog Jason Nicholas tells E! News that last Friday, as he was waiting for Kylie Minogue outside the London Hotel in New York, he stumbled instead upon Bieber.

As Bieber headed out of the hotel, Nicholas says he tried to snap a photo. That's when the bodyguard stepped in, and, per Nicholas, got too overprotective, sending the shooter to the hospital.

"I had been taking pics for Black Friday shopping when I got a tip Kylie was at the hotel," Nicholas tells us. "But then I see Bieber's driver...and I figure he's there and coming out soon [Bieber had a book signing at a nearby Barnes & Noble], so I wait by the entrance, but off to the side. There wasn't much happening, I see a couple of fans off to the side waiting for his autograph and one other photog."

Nicholas says that he was acting like " a gentleman" standing quietly and doing "nothing out of the ordinary."

"Bieber comes out with a small group, two bodyguards, one handler and one other person. Without blocking the door I stuck my camera out with my arm and shot him."

Nicholas alleges at that point one of the bodyguards "snapped."

"He shoved me up against the SUV," Nicholas claims. "He was super aggressive and it happened right in front of Bieber, who got right in the car, but I got some usable pics out of it."

Then the oddest thing happened, says Nicholas.

"When Bieber got into the car, he put his mouth to the glass and let out a roar, like a primal scream, with his mouth wide open, it was so odd," he tells E! News.

Nicolas says he immediately began to feel some back pain, so an ambulance was called and he was carted off to New York Presbyterian Weill-Cornell Hospital, where he was diagnosed with a strained muscle and released later that day.

Nicholas, 40, filed an assault report against the bodyguard with the NYPD today.

Calls to Bieber's rep seeking comment were not immediately returned. The singer, who released a PSA last week taking a stand against bullies, is currently in Paris, nursing a cold.

Nicholas says he has talked to a lawyer but as of yet doesn't plan a lawsuit against Bieber; however, the photographer wants to make a point.

"I just want to stress, for the record, that everyone, paparazzi included, should have the right to come home from work at the end of the day in one piece."

The cheeky star is looking for Somebody To Love during his visit to Paris and took to Twitter to ask his fans for a date.

The Baby star tweeted: “anyone care to join me for dinner tonight in Paris...maybe a romantic candlelit dinner under the Eiffel Tower just for 2? anyone? ;)”

After a tweet to his mentor Usher, JB added: “now back to the ladies...so im thinking me and u...city of romance...maybe a random slow dance as @dankanter plays spanish guitar. anyone?”

Justin Bieber has confessed that he thinks Cheryl Cole is "beautiful", following his attempts to woo the Geordie on Sunday evening's The X Factor.

As we previously reported, the U Smile singer flirted with Chezza after performing on the talent show, even hinting that the divorced Girls Aloud star should call him.

Now, it seems Bieber won't give up that easily to land the girl of his dreams, telling the Xtra Factor: "Cheryl Cole is beautiful."

As well as paying Cole even more compliments, Justin also gushed about Cheryl's XF boss, Simon Cowell, revealing he thinks the music mogul is "funny."

The 16-year old said: "I've watched Simon Cowell a lot on American Idol. I met him on that show... I don't think he's intimidating. I think he's funny."

Meanwhile, JB's performance on the XF has apparently gained him a whole host of new Bliebers, with sales of his album, My World, increasing by a massive 100% on website Play.com.

The site also claims that sales of The Wanted's self-titled LP also jumped up by 70% after they took to the XF stage to sing their new single, Lose My Mind.

A spokesperson for Play.com claimed: "X Factor continues to provide an incredible platform for developing artists and these huge album sales increases prove that this is not only the case for the contestants themselves, but also for the young stars performing on the show, like Justin Bieber and The Wanted."

Despite having an already success music career, 16-year old Justin has also confessed that he would love to go to university one day, much like Harry Potter actress Emma Watson.

According to GossipCop, Bieber told press in Madrid: "I always travel with a private tutor who I have five three-hour sessions a week with. "

“I want to finish high school and also university and then evolve wherever my music takes me,”

He added: “I also want to stick my head in the movie world although I am going to focus on my music for now.”

The 16-year-old found international fame last year and has a loyal following of millions of fans.

Bieber currently studies with a private tutor so he can juggle his career with his education, but he's planning to step out of the spotlight in the future to concentrate on his studies.

Como ya sabemos, Justin se encuentra en España por primera vez para promocionar su disco, donde hizo una firma de discos y merchandising para después dirigirse al programa de humor El Hormiguero (donde ya han estado estrellas de la talla de Selena Gomez).

Fue un día complicado y acelerado, las calles se encontraban nevadas y con una gran fila de fans esperando al artista. El noticiero local España Directo está cubriendo el suceso. La firma de autógrafos es rápida, él firma solamente, no se permitió tocar a Justin ni pedirle fotos. Canta "Baby" y "U Smile" y se retira del lugar con "Pray".

Acerca de esto él twittea:

Firmar en Madrid fue increíble. Gracias a todos por venir, nos mantuvimos calientes entre nosotros ;)

Canté un poco de Pray al final de la firma. Voy a postear un video más tarde. Casi hora del show El Hurmeguero aquí en España!!

Justin, 16, had just performed a mash-up of tracks Somebody To Love and Baby on the results show - though he mimed throughout to concentrate on his smooth dance moves.

As he finished, he was joined on stage by host Dermot O'Leary, then promptly flirted with Cheryl, 27, after thanking his fans for all their support,

'I want to say hello to Cheryl Cole, hello,' he said, waving at the judge and raising his eyebrows, before making a 'call me' gesture with his hand.

Justin even made his feeling clear afterwards on his official Twitter account, saying: 'Cheryl u looked lovely as usual.'

He also joked: 'X Factor we had fun. Simon told me he listens to my CD every night before he goes to bed.'

Perhaps nobody had a bigger holiday weekend than Justin Bieber, who made his triumphant return to the new release rack on Friday (November 26) with My Worlds Acoustic, a collection of stripped-down versions of songs from Bieber's first two releases (as well as the new single "Pray"). Bieber was everywhere, chatting on "Today," premiering his new video, unveiling a new trailer for his upcoming film "Never Say Never," signing copies of his album and combing his hair in a different fashion that suggested that he might have gotten a haircut (which caused quite a stir on Twitter). When his cruise through New York was finished, he headed for the U.K. for a promotional tour through Europe, but on Sunday (November 28), he managed to show up in an unusual place: In the mansion of a Brazilian drug lord. 

Of course, he wasn't actually there in the house — rather, he appeared in a giant wall mural inside the enclave of Pezao, one of Rio de Janeiro's biggest traffickers. According to The Guardian, more than 2,600 heavily-armed police officers raided Complexo do Alemao, a huge network of slums that also houses some of the city's biggest drug villains. The violent exercise left 50 people dead, but the Rio police have declared the project a victory.

In addition to finding 10 tons of marijuana and a small arsenal of weapons (which included one missile), there was also a crude homemade mural of Bieber that read "One Time" below it. It's probably the strangest place Bieber has shown up, but it's proof positive that the 16-year-old Canadian singer is indeed a worldwide phenomenon.

Cada día está más cerca la noticia que todos esperamos, despertar un día y encontrarse con las fechas de Justin Bieber en Latinoamérica, saber cuándo por fin se presentará nuestro ídolo acá en Argentina... 

El portal de la Revista Teen publicó:

Hace unos días publicamos la información que Justin Bieber después de su presentación en Today Show, dio declaraciones diciendo que visitaría otros países en el 2011.

Frente a esto nosotros, no nos quedamos tranquilos, queríamos darles tranquilidad a las miles de fans del cantante de 16 Años, y bien lo logramos.

En conversaciones con el Staff de Justin Bieber, nos confirmo que ellos conocen muy bien la condición de las fans de Chile, saben que son muchas y que Justin, pasa horas en el computador a diario revisando lo que aparece en Twitter (Replies) y lo que escribe la prensa con su nombre, esto lo hace buscando a través de Google.

Además, al preguntarle por su venida a Chile, dijo que si todo sale como se espera, y el número de fans crece, en Marzo del 2011, Justin Bieber pisaría tierra chilena, para contar junto a tod@s sus canciones y compartir sus coreografías.

Por ultimo, esto se confirmó más aun, cuando el periodista, Víctor Gutiérrez (Chileno, radicado en EEUU para seguirle los pasos a Luís Miguel y fue quien escribió la biografía no autorizada de Michael Jackson), le hizo la misma pregunta al manager de Justin, el cual, le respondió exactamente lo mismo.

Si se confirman las fechas en Chile, de más está decir que le sucederá una fecha en Argentina. Al parecer falta ya muy poco para verlo aterrizar en tierras latinoamericanas, y ahí estará JB ARGENTINA para cubrir la noticia.

Además, como si todas estas señales no fueran poco, Alfredo Flores twitteó en español "Mi gente Justin viene el proximo año!! Preparate! LatinAmericaNeedsBiebs ♥".

Justin Bieber quiere revolucionar a sus fans estos días en Madrid. No sólo acudirá a 'El Hormiguero' el lunes 29 de noviembre. También firmará su disco en un centro comercial madrileño y recordará sus actuaciones en España: el 5 de abril en Madrid y el 6 de abril en Barcelona.
El lunes 29 de noviembre los fans de Justin Bieber podrán disfrutar de la entrevista que Pablo Motos hará al ídolo adolescente en 'El Hormiguero'. A la misma hora T Gol y Canal + Liga retransmitirá uno de los partidos más esperados de la temporada: el clásico Barcelona - Real Madrid, desde el Cam nou.
¿Habrá pelea de mandos en algunos hogares o resolverán las disputas con el vídeo o con una segunda tele?

Aquellos fans de Justin Bieber que no puedan ver 'El Hormiguero' podrán ver de cerca al cantante de 'Pray' unas horas antes del programa, pues el ídolo adolescente acudirá a El Corte Inglés de Preciados (Madrid) para firmar discos entre las 18 horas y las 20 horas del 29 de noviembre en un acto en el que se esperan colas kilométricas. Aviso para navegantes: ¡Va a hacer un frío impresionante! Más vale que los fans de Justin Bieber acudan abrigados a la firma de discos.
Si a pesar de estas dos oportunidades, no puedes presenciar ninguna de ellas, no desesperes. Ya se ha confirmado que el 'My World 2.0 Tour' pasará por España. Justin Bieber actuará el 5 de abril de 2011 en Madrid, en el Palacio de los Deportes, y el 6 de abril en el Palau Sant Jordi de Barcelona.

Justin Bieber realizó una presentación en Toronto a comienzos de esta semana, y si hay algo que a la sensación del pop juvenil le agrada más que escribir en Twitter, eso es hacer bromas...

Según reportaron portales canadienses, la banda de hermanos Burnham, había aperturado el espectáculo del cantante de 'Baby', pero Justin Bieber comenzó a bombardear con pelotas el número de apertura.
Previamente, los Burnham habían manifestado en Twitter que habían hecho una broma a Justin  inundando su bus de gira con 4 mil pelotas de plástico. '¡Cuando abrió la puerta, se dispersaron por todas partes!', escribía la banda.

Beyonce Divorce Rumor Lit up Twitter- A prank by Justin Bieber regarding his hair cut gave way to a Twitter rumor that Beyonce is getting divorced.


It was actually a prank from Bieber, known for his signature shaggy hair, gone wrong. Bieber took to Twitter, telling his fans that he has cut his hair for his girlfriend.

This news seemed panicking to some of his die- hard fans, and may be too panicking to a particular fan, who became ambitious enough retaliate it.

Beyonce divorce rumor was started by @Bieber Team NY as a joke on Bieber, who has admitted to have a crush on Beyonce.

The tweet that followed is “RT this if you want to prank the #prankster #beyonce got divorced.” This line which was tweeted as a joke received 100+ RTs.

Now when the situation has become quite critical, the fan claims that it was an attempt just to make Justin Prank back, thinking that he would get excited if he saw it because he loves Beyonce.

It was not intended to disrespect divorced people or to offend anyone.

Justin Bieber holds up a copy of his book as he promotes the hardcover at Barnes & Noble in NYC on Friday evening (November 26).

The 16-year-old musician, who also stopped by The Today Show earlier, made one special fans’ dreams really come true.

Upon hearing of Kendall Sherry via Global’s Show of Hearts Telethon, Justin and his team invited the 12-year-old girl and her mom, Susan, to fly out to Toronto to meet him in person and attend the concert at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto.

Global’s Show of Hearts Telethon is a a children’s charity which had helped her family by installing a new elevator in their home. Kendall suffers from spina bifida. Mom Susan shared, “She was in terrible shock. I don’t think she came out of shock until (Wednesday) morning. I think it took her all night to realize that this was real because she actually asked if she was being ‘punked.’”
